Corona real estate - The City of Corona is located in western Riverside County. The city was founded at the height of the Southern California citrus boom in 1886. The city was largely an agricultural community. Once, it was dominated by citrus orchards, ranches, and diary farms. The higher cost of housing in Orange and Los Angeles Counties drove many people to seek larger, more affordable housing, These were readily available in this city. Because of freeway development, Corona has easy access. The 91 and 15 freeways run through the city. The city is becoming more and more upscale. There are many new home developments. Also, shopping centers, office buildings, and great employment. The economy is strong in Corona, with 42,000 jobs and growing. Retail and commercial businesses, and office  development are constantly expanding. Corona borders on Orange County, CA. Many people commute regularly to Orange County, while enjoying the lower cost of housing in Corona. The Corona community boasts many amenities. These include 394 acres of parks, sports fields, basketball courts, playgrounds, and tennis courts.

Real Estate in Corona includes many single-family homes, town homes, and condominiums for sale and lease. These are all at prices much lower than in its Orange County neighbor to the west.
