Would
you like to know the value of your home?
|
With
today's volatile real estate market, you might be
interested in knowing the value of your home. Are
you thinking of selling? You will naturally want
to know what your Mission Viejo home is worth. I
will be happy to prepare a CMA (Comparative Market Analysis) for you.
This will
provide you with an estimate of your home's value
in today's market.
If
you are considering selling your home, you should
know that quality inventory is low. Many
sellers are receiving multiple offers on their
home. This is especially in the highly desirable
$700,000
and below price category. Call me if I
can help you sell your home anywhere in Orange
County! |
Call
me for a free CMA, or to discuss how my team can help you sell your home.
My web page explains it well and it's a great place to
begin: Sell
my home.
Would
you like floor plans ?
|
Floor plans can help you understand the
layout of a home. This may help you decide if the
home is right for you! I can provide you with
complimentary, high resolution floor plans for any
standard builder home or condominium in Mission
Viejo. Also, for any other areas of South OC. These are
e-mailed to you, usually with 24 hours of my
receipt of your e-mail. Just click on the link
below, and be sure to specify the city of the
tract that you are interested in.
Please
note that as of Jan 1, 2012, we are now being
charged for each floor plan. We are still happy to
send you a floor plan, but please DO NOT request a
floor plan if you are an appraiser. Also, if you are not
serious about buying or leasing a home, or if you
are working with another real estate broker --
Thank you for your understanding! |
Please
send me an e-mail with floor plans for my selected tract
Property taxes, association dues, and fees
Lake Mission Viejo |
All residents of the city are members of the Lake Mission Viejo
Association. They pay annual association dues to
support use of the lake and the public beaches.
All condominium, town home, and some detached
home developments have an additional
homeowner's
association (HOA).This is usually to pay for things like fire
insurance, landscaping, common areas, and
security. Mission Viejo is one of the older
planned communities in the Valley. Property taxes are very reasonable compared to
many neighboring areas. Most tracts have no
Mello Roos assessments. |
